I rarely come across an astro-shop that impresses me, but this one truly stands out! They offer an incredible range of optical equipment, telescopes, mounts, binoculars, computer controllers, and everything you could possibly imagine. I was especially thrilled with the prompt and expert support that Melissa and Gerald provided when I purchased new photo equipment for my observatory. Highly recommended!

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Most equipment is either in stock or ordered very quickly. They have competitive prices and support their customers with great service before and importantly after each sale. Gerald is an advanced astrophotographer with great advice.

Great customer service over the phone. Got back to me promptly with an answer to my enquiry. I then placed my order. A follow up email advised me that it would dispatched tomorrow. I will definitely become a returning customer.

The staff are very knowledgeable and they take time to discuss and help you find the best value equipment to meet your needs. They won't try to up-sell anything either. After-sales customer service is also good.

I have purchased several items from Optics Central and the personal advice provided by phone has greatly assisted me to get the correct equipment to enjoy this hobby.
