Outstanding customer service and amazing showroom! Found this place via a Google search when looking for stock of a new REL HT1205 subwoofer. When they found out it was our first visit, we were given a complete tour of the showroom, which is just amazing - a lot of inspiration there alone! The staff member who served us didn't grab his name, unfortunately was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He happily hooked up a couple of subwoofers in one of their testing rooms to try, cranked the volume and let us play. Very happy with our selection and with the level of service we received. Will definitely be back for the next piece of the never-ending theatre room project!
Large high end audio store that stocks a great variety of audio and cinematic gear. Media streamers, amplifiers, turn tables, bookshelf speakers, tower speakers, in wall speakers, in ceiling speakers, outdoor speakers, subwoofers, TVs, projectors and screens, and headphones: it's all here. There are multiple listening rooms as well as a couple of cinema rooms. Decent amount of parking on the street and in front of the store. Staff were busy on this occasion and weren't readily available. Probably best to set up an appointment where they could set up some combinations of audio gear to match what you're looking for.
If you want to know or want to buy hifi equipment these guys are the go to. Excellent knowledge and well priced. They have entry level stereo systems through to high end. Best of all they know their stuff!
Last Friday I was pleased to purchase a Klipsch 15'' Subwoofer online from Audio Trends Ringwood. Prior this I spoke to Bo about my forthcoming purchase along with a perspective subwoofer cable. The online purchase went well that followed up with future tracking to my residence in Western Australia. My purchase was upset by an abrupt email from Simon the manager. Dear Sir, you checked off instore pickup, you need to pay $160 for delivery or cancel your purchase. I had done everything correct with my purchase and now I receive this demanding obnoxious letter that upset me. The store had closed when I called due to the time distance. A few choice words let Simon know my retaliation to his nasty demanding email. Today I was confronted with the news that my order had been cancelled and afterpay will refund my $1,599 In ten days. The balance to Afterpay was paid in 4 days. I phoned and spoke to Simon earlier, he said thanks for the abusive earful you left me and he abruptly hung up. Would you believe that Simon is Audio Trends is the owner. Simon your behavior towards me was disgusting. No diplomacy, no explaination, you were only worried about the postage costs that were nowhere on your pathetic website. Phone call to Audio Trends, this time I spoke to Andrew who was kind enough to explain about a dropdown menu that defaults to store pickup if unchecked. It was very hard to see this in my printed out invoice. Be aware that Audio Trends website is floored as to is Simon's attitude when dealing with customers. I will never again purchase at Audio Trends. You don't hang up on customers when a customer has just spent $1,599 online. I have purchased another Subwoofer elsewhere. This has been the worst buying experience of my life.

I have been dealing with Mark and his team for years buying various high end items over the time. I have to say that the experience I have had with trying out various pieces of equipment and the number of times I have been patiently accomodated has been exceptional. The advice given was very factual and in the end exactly as they would say it would work. And it would! The final outcomes have been beyond my expectation. Recently purchased a set of Focal speakers after their recommendation and listening to various others there on display. Amazing stuff and fell in love with music all over again! Thanks guys. You guys are brilliant not to mention you are making me spend more and more each time I come in!. All good though. Thank you again. Very pleased customer.
Purchased a speaker battery online which turned out to be faulty. Andrew was super prompt in reply and replacing the product which is now working perfectly. Fantastic service and would highly recommend
My pre-amp had lost a channel and after sage advice from Andrew and Vin I decided to keep my 70s Quad amp and go for a Rotel A10 as a pre-amp. I also purchased a Pro-Ject turntable which had massive hum problems when installed. I took it back and Andrew confirmed that it was faulty and changed it over no questions asked. Brilliant service! I'm now happily revisiting my large classical record collection. Thanks, guys.... you're the best!
An outstanding venue for your higher end audio needs. Staff are excellent and know the product. They're also willing and able to adapt to some pretty left field needs. Don't hesitate, have a chat with these guys, they're genuinely good. And subscribe to their newsletter - it's got good quality content, and won't result in any unwanted junk. Cudos to them on that one!
