Went in for the school holidays. Busy, and plenty to keep kids occupied. We bowled a couple of games and spent an hour or so plying the arcades as well. Can get food / snacks and is licensed. Cons: It’s WAY overpriced. I couldn’t believe how expensive soft drinks and snacks were. We spent $60 in the arcade in an hour. I’m saying that we had a good time & I would go back.
Great place for going bowling, laser tag and the arcade with group of friends, work colleagues or with family. Beautifully renovated and friendly staff has definitely lifted this place up. The bowling balls and shoes are old but still usable, could still be refreshed. Just a great place to hang out or chill! Not to mention a variety of food outside on the top floor to eat before or after!
VISIT - Friday Night 14/10/2022 Staff/Service - 5/5 Variety of Machines - 3/5 Machines of working order - 2/5 Redeemable Prize Selections - 4/5 Atmosphere/Experience - 3/5 Value for money -3/5 Pretty fun night but too many machines non-operational counted at least 5 machines, Wizard of Oz not producing cards during gameplay and very easy to spend money in a short amount of time, most games starting at $2.50 a go.
First time visit. Staffs are friendly. Clean and well organised. Easy acces from parking area. We had a fun Friday!
Booked a birthday party for my son and his friends on Saturday the 19th. Great experience from the moment I walked in. One of the manager was very helpful with what I needed as well as how to plan for meals for the parents. We had Sienna D as the host and not only did she managed the kids and the party very well, she also kept in touch with me at times and ensured that the kids had a memorable experience. Some of the kids did not turn up or turned up late and the management was very flexible with the charges. Thank you Sienna D for your exceptional work in creating a memorable experience for the kids. Thank you to the the manager and Sienna for being so helpful, informative and creating a memorable day not only for the children but for me as well.
From booking to executing and ending the party, Timezone did an amazing job in their customer experience. It’s hassle free, attentive, flexible, fun and most importantly my birthday boy and his friends all had a fantastic afternoon. Whoever heads up the customer experience in Timezone deserve a gold medal. Not to mention our party host Talia was super awesome too, she is kind and patient to all the kids!
One of the nicest bowling Alleys around East of Melbourne. Good vibes,friendly staff,good food and drinks. A good spot to go bowling with friends/dates & families.
Naz and Kirralee were AMAZING hosts for Cruzs 10th birthday on Saturday 7th January 2023. Both hosts took the stress out of hosting a kids birthday party. They were friendly, fun and they took great care of the kids. We will be back again! Thank you for making Cruz’s birthday a special one!!! Cheers the Van oostiesxxx
Sat evening and I took my daughter... She's 10. All the machines were faulty... Some were switched off... The games that took two people would only function on one side... Balls stuck and not coming out while timer running.i counted 16 trips to the manager to be refunded for games that didn't work. The place should of been shut down. Pathetic that they operate that way. Ruined half the evening for us. What a joke!!! $2.50 for games that last less then 15 seconds!! Timezone? Yeah dated and in the past...I'll never go back... I'd rather get food poisoning. Oh and the manager really didn't seem bothered that only 25% of games worked. How many people didn't ask for refunds? Worst run company...a complete scam! I'll buy my daughter a ps5 and stay home. Waste-of-time-zone
My daughter had her birthday party at Zone Bowling Forrest Hill yesterday, what a great party! Jesse was our host and nothing was too much trouble, he was great with the kids and adults, he really made the day. But the whole team were great. Everything was in top working order, and honestly this is a great value venue for a kids party
