I had an amazing experience at JB Hi-Fi thanks to Filly and Jun. I came in to buy a TV, and they both went above and beyond to help me. They even stayed back after their shift to make sure everything was sorted and that I found the right TV.nnTheir customer service was genuinely outstanding. They were patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel rushed. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process so easy.nnI honestly felt a little bad knowing they stayed back just to help me, but I’m incredibly grateful they did. Sero rate.the policies of j b hi fi not allowed the the customer change products and not advise for customers about policy.office work is the best,just got the receipt can change.because all customers not mean all smart or…should be give opportunities for customers to change the product and should be give a time for customers at least afew day.just open the box can’t change…not request money refund just request change another model why not?look like my family poor I try save money to buy iPhone for my daughter but I’m stupid so I just want surprise for my daughter so I bought iPhone 16 but I don’t know i phone 16 and iohone promax ..are differentsmall.the worker should be advised the customer about policy….after just only 24hours would like to request to change another model of iohone was to reject.people go straight away to the shop never read policy of j b hifi policy.for people have money that’s okay.but for my family we are tried to saved money successfully before we can make the children happy but in the end as in the end from policy of j b hi fi .got warrants but cant open the box without no advice for customers

Went here specifically to visualise a TV and so some comparisons. Unusually small for a JB especially being in a homemaker centre. I wandered around the TV area and couldn't find the model I wanted, I done a second lap without luck. No sales person approached so I left.nThis isn't the usual JB Hi-fi service but it's what happened today. No hard feelings
