This was my first time here and I gotta say this place was awesome. I'm working on a project and this place had just about everything I needed! And not to mention, the service was super friendly! Highly recommend this place!

Springvale store: Great service today. I came in to pick up my online order which wasn't quite ready, but that was my fault for not waiting for a call to say its ready. Anyway, two customers were already being served when I got there, but I was acknowledged almost immediately and then a third worker was called out from the office to assist as it was getting busy. Shortly after that, not one, but two of the workers worked as a -team- to fulfil my online order without delay, and apologised. They were friendly and helpful. Everything I needed was also in stock. My son Braeden and I went there today to buy parts to upgrade our XBOX 360 console. We had a list of parts which were all in stock The person that serviced us was polite and very helpful

Only buy on line here now as the cost of traveling to Melbourne from Sale, Victoria is prohibitive due to rising fuel prices caused by the current war in Ukraine. I restock most components from WES components in Sydney but Altronics are handy for the odd items I require for electronic design work. Also they give the trade customer the best price break of all the retail suppliers. Much more competitive than their opposition in retail electronics.

Placed an online order in the carpark after being told by a rather blunt/rude staff member counter sales not available. After waiting 45 minutes observing at least 4 warehouse staff stand around from the carpark I asked a very rude and disinterested staff member if she could give me a rough estimate on how long my order might take as I'm waiting outside to collect it. She responded rudely with a "don't know" and "it will be ready when it's ready" response and promptly closed the roller door as if to say "screw you". It goes without saying that the staff are seriously lacking in customer service and I definitely won't purchasing any of their products in the future. Unless you want to be treated like dirt I highly recommend going elsewhere!

Been there for first time and been amazed by products and by there customer service. BEN was really helpful and I would recommend to promote him to a manager. It's Loyalty this people brings in from customers going to give you sales more than products...

Came to buy some cables from a local business. Great service, didn't wait long and the guy got me what I needed. Will look to buy from here again first before looking at JB or anything! 1/4 of the price of the big retail stores too.

Customer Service - 5/5 The store employees always welcome you and are ready to seek out anything you need if they are free. Price - 3/5 The price is overwhelmingly more expensive than it should be as compared to online stores. I was getting a set of 100 basic LED bulbs for my photon particle setup for $18 whereas you can get a set of 300 for around $8 in banggood. Nevertheless , if you need items on the spot , the price can still be argued as reasonable. Range of items - 4/5 I got everything I needed for my project except for a few exceptions but the employee helped me get the appropriate replacements for my setup. Overall - 4/5 Good experience shopping here , I got a student discount with my ID card and saved a few bucks but it was still pretty expensive for what I could have gotten online. I needed the parts right away , so I dont regret shopping here.

You might be able to find everything you need in one place, but it's over priced, I bought raspberry pi zero w kit last week and it's $55.you can get a the same kit around $25-$30 if you try online, I reckon you will be able to get it around $20. Location is no good for some one using public transport. Think Easiest way for anyone is get off from Spring wale station and take the bus and walk about 700m to shop. Overall I am not putting my foot again on this place.
