You would not believe how great they are. Best ever customer services in the music retail industry. Highly recommend everyone to pay them a visit. They have good collection for all range of products. They might give you a better deal. Sales people are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and great service in getting a new stock guitar for me to try on. They know every details about music products that would work for my purchase. They even chase me for 200 metres for a $6 thumb pick guitar that I was interested in. So that I could consider buy it, as I travelled from afar. How often do you see that happening?. I deeply grateful for their assustance. Their salesmanship is the best ever level of customer services that I have come across for thirty years. I really appreciate their assistance. Highly recommend this shop for everyone.
Purchased a Custom Shop Strat from Austin at Sky music this month. He let me try multiple options in peace and was very good on specifications and details. Guitar chosen was done at a very fair price due to time in stock and included setup and delivery.nnExcellent communication and support throughout the process and a shout out to Matt who showed me some guitars that last time i was in the shop who was also first class. There was never any pressure in the process and even got to choose the style of amp to test it on.nnMany thanks team.
I got my first Wah Pedal and an Epiphone Les Paul custom from Sky music and I must say I had a really great experience. They had a wide selection of guitars, it was reasonably priced. I also found the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even had a room to plug your guitar and play it so you can blast stairway to heaven without annoying anyone. Sky music is awesome and I would highly recommend it.
Great experience, I'm a beginner who never bought a guitar before. The guy that helped me find a guitar was really chill and helped me try a few. Went with his initial reccomendation. He also gave me some advice about amps to buy in the future.nnI am very happy with my new electric guitar!!
I spoke to Matt at Sky Music and he was great to deal with, I've purchased items from the shop in the past and can't recommend them highly enough. Matt gave a great deal on a Gretsch G6120T Brian Setzer Signature Nashville 59 BSSMK Smoke guitar and strings.
