I finally purchased my first Ibanez J Custom and put simply it's the best guitar I've ever played. And I've been playing over 20 years. Andrew as his incredible crew not only made this dream guitar possible but also had it delivered in record time for Xmas. It literally arrived the next morning to me in Sydney from their store in Melbourne. From now on I will only purchase my guitars from SkyMusic.

Highly recommend these guys. Best service ever.  Bought a Fender guitar today from Patrick who was friendly, attentive and wasn’t pushy. I was provided practice room to check out the guitar for as long as I needed.  Best retail experience I’ve had for a while!  Thanks Sky Music.

There are no sales people at Sky Music - just a bunch of wonderfully talented and supportive musicians who are there to help you find whatever you need. Thanks to them I found my forever guitar. I love my gorgeous pink PRS. And I love Sky Music.

BEST GUITAR STORE IN AUSTRALIA! I live in Sydney but will only buy my gear from Sky Music. Their customer service is beyond amazing. They do things the way they should be done.  Update 28/05/2022: Back to Sky Music. After listening to my guitar needs. Andrew at Sky Music suggested the Ibanez PIA. Upon seeing and playing it I was lost for words. How did I ever live without this guitar? Thanks again to Sky Music for being the best music store ever!

When I contacted three different retailers about price matching a product I’d seen advertised elsewhere, Jessica from Sky Music replied within minutes. The other retailers replied almost two days later. I believe that prompt replies and service are crucial in this time where consumers expect it to be provided in an instant. Jessica nailed this, along with friendly and courteous service from her and other staff at Sky Music. Well done, guys! Thanks for making my purchase such a positive experience!

I bought an amplifier. Knew what I wanted. The lady set me up with the unit and let me try and play until I was satisfied. She gave me a good price. Spot on service. Nobody tried to sell me anything that I didn't want. That can be an issue in some stores I am very happy with my purchase. Would recommend the store to anyone who likes to browse in peace without being pestered. However expert advice is available if needed.

Flawless customer service! We travelled internationally to purchase from Sky Music. The website was current with quality photos which gave us confidence in committing to our purchase. I note the moment we agreed to purchase the guitar, it was immediately removed from the website. Jessica's communication was great throughout this process. Once we arrived Zach was our salesperson, who gave us ample opportunity to examine and play the guitar. Nothing was a problem. The guitar had been setup and checked over prior to us arriving the check date was on the docket and Sky Music had previously enquired as to our setup requirements so we were delighted that there were no issues to be resolved. Fantastic experience and we would happily travel to Melbourne and visit Sky Music again.

Best experience in a guitar shop ever! It's always a bit daunting for me going into a guitar shop, but these guys are super chill and helpful. Steve found exactly what I was looking for and  I had the practice room to myself for quite awhile. Great prices, I would recommend this place to both aspiring guitarists and pros alike.
