Honestly love shopping here. Got a $4k+ custom pc ordered and built here. Process was smooth start to finish. Completed system was even ready early from initial estimation. Build was tidy, cable management clean, and packaging for transport extremely well packed. The box with spare parts was also neatly arranged. Could tell the tech that put the rig together was an expert and took utmost care with the build and wasn't a rush job. I was highly impressed overall. Build comes with a warranty too. Would recommend.

Always get my click and collect orders sorted super quickly and their customer service is through the roof.nnWhen I went in to pick up my order today, the employee saw that I'd bought the drunk cat keyboard mat and we started talking pets. He looked at the pictures of my tiny baby, also recommended another cute cat mat which obviously I then definitely had to buy and spent ages chatting cute cat keyboards with me. If I could give Mitch 7/5 stars, I absolutely would.
This review is only for their customer service, as I have not been able to get in contact with a store for weeks. If you are interested in speaking to a person in store, forget about it.nnThey use an offshore call centre that clearly works off a script and knows very little beyond what they are reading. Even when you ask several times if they can put you through to a store, they continue to insist they can help and claim the stores are too busy to take calls. If you eventually convince them to take your name and number for a call back, you do not receive one.nnI was looking to buy a sim rig, but after this experience, not a chance. Just trying to get basic store service is bad enough — imagine if you had a warranty or exchange issue to deal with.nnEither go into a store in person or find another company, because calling the numbers on their website is about as useful as teats on a bull.nnIt’s a shame I’ll probably never know whether this company actually provides the great in-store service that some other reviewers claim to have experienced.
We often drop in here when their south Melbourne store doesn't have stock as this is on one of our regular routes. Similar to their south Melbourne branch, staff here also have professional ethics, knows what they're doing and are pretty helpful with helping you work out what your best options are. Online ordering system works well in terms of ordering and notifications of when your order is ready and what's needed for pickup. Probably not the cheapest but their service is good so if you need stuff fixed under warranty at least you know it's not another headache to deal with. Free parking available right in front of shop.
Nathan gave my PC an extremely fast diagnosis and repair service today. He was friendly and clear with what to expect in the process of the repair. I could not have asked for a better customer experience, he went beyond what was expected and I want to thank him again for his work. I've been to this store a few times over recent years and have never had any issues with them, would definitely recommend their business.nThanks Nathan :
