Great revamp in the store. Ample stock levels and prompt, polite service. A little overpriced on time items.. and a little more technical knowledge would be handy.. rather than relying on 1 staff member. Regardless.. Great work
Great website very easy to filter and find what you want, a great reference/resource when shopping for parts or looking at used parts off fb , great prices usually the lowest online or just more than CentreCom, super easy to order and pay online.nnWhat more could you ask for?nnPerhaps the opening hours could be a bit longer, 6pm is the latest; I work far from suburbs so sometimes if I leave work 5pm it can be a struggle to arrive before closing, but I think for 99% of customers it’s not an issue
Awesome store with fantastic stock. Only problem is when I go there and see all the great stuff I end up spending more money. nnThe staff are great at all the Scorptec stores, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I always get straight up answers when I have a question and advice that steers me in a direction that is always a benefit.nnAlso, the awesome quality coffee cup I got with my $800 7800xt GPU definitely helps wash down the regret of a now empty wallet. All jokes aside, I'm really glad I took their advice on my GPU choice as it turned out better than I ever expected.
Great Service and knowledge from the Staff here. Went in and spoke with Aki about an issue I had for a lap top dock solution for a gaming laptop and he really took the time to understand my requirements and offer his genuine sincere knowledge for the best solution rather than just sell me something I didn't really need. Staff members with attitudes like this are a massive credit to the business!
I was eagerly looking forward to receiving a brand-new FD terra case at full price, but what I received left me somewhat disappointed. It was apparent that the case had been opened before and seemed to be repackaged for sale. I hope scorptec will pay more attention to product quality and practice honest business.
