Great customer service and competitive pricing. I'm really excited for my new gaming rig to arrive - and thank you Shawn and MSY Clayton team for helping me get the most value out of my money. The communication has been great and staff are very informative.
Very good store. The sale was swift and professional. Because of ongoing engagements I could not check out the layout of the shop but it was a "standard" MSY store. Parking was good however I feel by the signs outside their neighbouring factories, that has been an ongoing issue. While the opening times on Google was correct however their web site wasn't that was my only gripe but I am happy to continue with future trading.
No frills, wholesale type service. Know exactly what you want before you arrive. Do your research at home. They don't take kindly to questions over the counter. They don't price-match either so shop around to ensure you're getting the best deal.
Some of the best prices you can get for computer equipment. Extremely better priced than office works and JB hi fi and other retailers. This store has been consistently good. MSY are known for below average service, but this place is organised. Their call back system over the phone works well also!
Only good place to get computer parts tbh. Just don't break anything they won't refund you, especially don't get dirt in your mobo CPU slot like I did once lol. They seem to have wiped out a lot of old stock recently it might be smart to call them if there's something you really need, often they don't have the exact stock on the catalogue. However overall the staff are great 10/10
Been coming here for years . Saved 30 bucks on a monitor , so worth the 25min drive. It's a bit odd coming here without crowds . The covid protocol is in force at msy as well. You can only stand at a desk at the front door. It is effective enough though.
Well priced and usually quick service. Have noticed with their current setup, you could be waiting at the temporary counter set up at the front for several minutes before staff notices.
Fast and efficient. Best prices of all computer parts places. And impressive range of products too. I've shopped here probably a dozen times and never had a bad experience. I heard they don't offer in-store warranty so you'll have to rely on the manufacturer's warranty.
The store in Clayton does me proud, as a computer store should be, direct, good information and a depth of knowledge that covers most people, from the layman to someone like me, ex geek. Their prices are comparable to most other places. If you shop and the big brand places, stop it you get just as good service from these guys
Been here a couple times in the past to buy pc components. It's a great store that sells very well priced PC parts. Service is great too, although there's usually just a small line of people 1-4 people whenever I've been there. The layout and ambiance of the store is compact and simple. I gave it a 4/5 stars because thought the store could do with a bit a modern feel or simpler organisation of shelf products at the front.
