Couldn’t be happier! Faulty TV - fixed next day, really good, really fast. I’ve ignored a faulty extraction fan for 9 months. It had a blown control board. Chris read the programming of the faulty custom EPROM and programmed another - THE NEXT DAY - and it works like a champ! Saved me $1500 over a new one. Legendary. Couldn’t be happier to find someone who actually still repairs stuff these days in a throw-away society!

Do not go there! 
I dropped of my amplifier  4months ago. He charged me $50 upfront to open and quote. I understand that time consuming. He called me in the evening and said it will cost another $110 to replace the HDMI port. I agreed the and told him to go ahead. Couple of weeks later I had another phone call and said it is an expensive circuit need another $50. Totally it was going to cost me $210. He already pull a part so I said go ahead and do it. So I don't need to take it anywhereelase. 
Every week when I call him to find out when will be ready answer was "next week"
It's has been going for last 4 months. 
Finally I decide to go and pick up the amplifier without fixing it. He Asked me to come and pick up in the evening. I knew that he is not going to put them together. So I went there to pick up my Amp after couple of days later. What a disaster! He didn't even put it together at all. He asked me to come back after a week or take it as it is. He was  very abusive. There is no customer service at all. He didn't even treated me as a customer. So I picked up the screws, cover and bits and pieces. He was very abusive Now I dumped the whole thing in thebin. 
Very disappointed with the service.

Brought a relatively expensive pairs of earphone in. It cost 1/3 the price ($80) to repair. They use cheap part to make it "work" but if I knew it I would rather have bought a new pair instead. Now my earphone sounds like 100% on one side and 70% on the repaired one; which ends up being more annoying.
Customer service is nice friendly and quick, though.

I bought  in a guitar  amp that didn't  work  on battery. He said  it would  cost $295 to repair  the inverter.  Cost more than  value  of amp..
He gave  it back in pieces  when i found  someone  else  to repair  it cost a $3.00 in a faulty  transistor.  Do not trust  his service or lying faulty information.   👎👎👎
