Great customer service!nThey were super easy to deal with. I had a bit of a delay before I could pick up my order, so I asked them to hold it for click and collect. They got back to me within the hour and were happy to hold it until I came in.nnWould definitely recommend!

PC Case Gear is the BEST computer place in AUSTRAILIA to get what you want at a GOOD price better than any other and they send what you buy without no hassle any where you in Australia and they are the GOTO as I run now 10 systems at home for pure World Wide INVESTIGATIONS  now with AI only in House with the same free language models under control as Australia's first Virtual Reality Scientist.nMPK.

I am a regular, returning customer. Everything I have purchased from these guys always arrives super quickly. Not only that but anytime a warranty issue arises they are very quick to respond and rectify the issues. Never once has a warranty been due to these guys but manufacturers fault. But have always been super helpful in the process. Recently I processed a warranty through for a spare S key cap for my now not stock 2 years over warranty roccat Vulcan aimo keyboard. These guys tracked down a spare and are sending my way to receive in the next few days. Couldn't be happier with their support service. Any questions always happy to chat and walk you through things and help you any way they can.

The staff was incredibly helpful, unfortunately i forgot their names because I was very preoccupied but they really are very helpful folks.nnI had ordered a few items from them and went there to return the ram. However, as soon as i walked through the door I got a vibe and I went ahead and purchased rest of my pc from them only. I had already orders coming from other spots but it made sense to buy it at the counter.

Where to begin? I have an I.T. background and have been using PCCG for upgrades & builds since 2011 ... Their competitive prices and easy to navigate website makes it super simple to find what I'm looking for quickly. Also, the ability to share wishlists has made customer builds so simple.... and transparent. Their shipping has options and is quick love the Goldbears treats BTW!..but it's their service that sets them apart - I had an issue with spare parts ...they communicated with me every step of the way until it was sorted. They've also assisted with warranty claims and narrowed down ETA's. If I had to describe them in one word - TRUST.nThanks
