Have an excellent range, however I ordered an item on the 5 days before it was actually packed and shipped even though I payed for express delivery, and even worse, they sent me the wrong motherboard! Aorus Ultra DDR5 board instead of DDR4 board. I had even checked prior to purchasing the board with a sales representative that the board supported DDR4 not DDR5 and was reassured that it was the DDR4 version.

I've dealt with PCCase Gear for several years now and have never had any issue with them. Their service is reliable and they are quick to deliver your product after purchase. I've also had to return products under warranty and it has been a smooth transaction to complete and have my replacement back in my hands in an appropriate period of time. Thumbs Up.

I love buying new PC gear from these guys. Over the years they have catered for all my pc needs.. I love the Haribo Goldbears they pack with my pc stuff so much as well ; nice touch guys

you want to talk to someone? zero chance, registered phone number which is conveniently "temporarily" unavailable 24/7, I understand if parts were competitive or cheaper but they are not, so you pay the same if not more in most areas and ZERO customer service... so you want change the order/cancel it good luck the option is shown but again conveniently greyed out. 5 days to see an item being "processed"... good luck to you if you need anything more than the basic service as even that is non existent.. nasty business model they've got there

I would absolutely not recommend using this company, unless you can physically reach their store to contact them or collect.  Its bad enough that they don't have a functioning phone for you to follow up with, you'd expect that without a phone number they would be diligent with their email but this is not the case.  I made an order 3 weeks ago and it was returned, I have emailed them three times and they haven't even followed up letting me know they've seen it, nor responded. I now have ~$500 of items in limbo and was supposedly returned to them with no response for a refund, reship or anything.  Unless you're physically able to reach these guys, I would absolutely not recommend using them as a supplier for shipping.

My order has been processing for 9 days when the website advertised a 1-2 day processing time. Don't waste your money on express shipping. Phoning the company leads to a pre recorded message asking you to email them. Good luck though, my email from 2 weeks ago hasn't been answered either. Abysmal customer service, at this point I just want my money back. Never using this site again.

I placed a very small order on Monday, paid express shipping etc to ensure I receive it this week while I'm at home.  Figured it would post out the following day.  It's now Friday and the order is still 'Processing' - a limbo state where you can't change details or cancel.  I don't want it being dumped on the doorstep while I'm not here, as the items are gift.  I've tried contacting them through raising order tickets and email, multiple times. It's been days, and I've received no response at all.  I was planning a much larger purchase before the end of year, which I'll now definitely be making elsewhere.

We ordered two systems from them, waited for a week and no communication. Went into the account to see what has happened, turns out, it was apparently delivered. Who knows where. You'd think, for an order pushing towards $4000 that there'd be a little more care. Sort of like the time when I bought some socks. The delivery was practically hand cuffed to the driver's wrist before they were handed over. After I received by the hour updates as to their whereabouts. And signature at the door.  Still waiting for them to get back to us. I have no photos to add. What am I supposed to take a picture of? The empty hole where my money used to be? I need the systems to cover up that hole.

Would have to be one of the slowest online computer stores to process an order. With Most stores I’ve dealt with, orders are usually “pending” until they start picking items when the status will change to “picking” or “processing”. This means at the pending stage you can change the order or cancel. Not PCCG, they take your money upfront, put your order in processing for 5 days, then you have no way of cancelling because they don’t answer your email. They also have no contact phone number. So thanks, now I can’t buy it elsewhere in a tenth of the time.

Upgraded my whole computer through PC Case Gear and also built my own keyboard. Accidentally ordered the wrong motherboard and next day ordered the correct one. They processed my item return and not long after that I received my refund. Highly recommend these guys for gaming peripherals.
