Went to buy an asymmetric bathtub for my bathroom and the lady in the store said it’s the exact same measurements on either side. Ordered the tub only for the plumber to try install it and realised one side is straighter than the other meaning one side had to be facing the wall this wouldn’t work for our bathroom layout. Not to mention seeing a scratch on the tub upon pulling it out initially but we thought we’ll just cop it on the chin since we’ll be using it anyway.nnAfter realising I was falsely told it was asymmetrical, I went to return it and the return was rejected as there was the scratch at the top which is how they delivered it and the attempt to install.nnSuch a shame the team didn’t have good product knowledge to be honest about the asymmetrical tub and lost me over a thousand dollars just to get a sale across the line from their end.
Contacted Arova by phone and they were extremely helpful will advice and where I could pick up the shaving cabinet. The warehouse experience was quick and professional and the product was quality. My husband is a plumber and fits out many bathrooms, and even he was impressed! The price was great. Overall, very happy customers
Fantastic customer service, I called to enquire about a bathroom vanity and sink to use in a small caravan bathroom, the Sales person was Fantastic, took my order over the phone , my order was ready the same day to pickup, they even helped load items into my vehicle in the pouring rain . Very happy with my purchase, the quality is great , very happy with the price and finish
I found Arova on line and thought their web site was very informative. When we visited the Mulgrave store we were greeted quickly by Omar who helped confirm our selections and order. He made a few suggestions which we adopted.nThe delivery was very quick and I changed our order several times which Arova always accommodated with minimal fuss.nThey accepted returns without issue and credited funds back to our bank. Overall great job and highly recommend their service, product range and support
