We landed there by luck using a quick Google Map search for bathroom items. Great experience with Arova for our bathroom renovation. Rita Yang was responsive and easy to deal with throughout, and when a robe hook was accidentally left off our delivery, she sorted it out quickly and even had it delivered to us at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend Rita and the team at Arova.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff.nProducts were reasonably priced and there was a range of products to look at.nWell worth a visit. Would be great if a delivery service was available.
I received excellent customer service from Yohan, who is always willing to do extra work for his customers. I would love to give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Yohan—I really appreciate your help and hope the company recognises how good you are. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery service. It seems there was a communication breakdown between Arova and the delivery company : :. I was really going to give 3 stars, but I am happy with the service from Yohan.
I had a wonderful experience with Rita helping me out with my choices. I didn't spend much but the time and patience she took with me was so appreciated. An unexpected delight to walk in to Arova and get the help I needed. Thankyou so much Rita. You are lovely. I'll definitely be back. Deb
Contacted Arova by phone and they were extremely helpful will advice and where I could pick up the shaving cabinet. The warehouse experience was quick and professional and the product was quality. My husband is a plumber and fits out many bathrooms, and even he was impressed! The price was great. Overall, very happy customers
