Good customer service as they check your order for the right fit and any errors. Ordering process was easy and the quality is good. Happy with the vanities and mirror cabinets. My only hiccup is that you cannot book a day for delivery so you are home and have help for the heavy items. We luckily had a lovely driver who was very helpful, otherwise they would have dumped a pallet on the driveway.

We recently bought a mirrored bathroom cabinet from Arova. Compared to big name suppliers like Ikea and Bunnings, the variety in sizes, the warranty period and the price all came out way ahead. It came ready-assembled not flatpacked and the warehouse staff took the trouble to open and check the mirror for possible breakage, before loading it into my car. The customer service staff were also pleasant and helpful. I’ll be back to Arova.nPhotos show “before and after” views.
Really happy with the quality and price. May Ying who monitored the online enquiry was incredibly helpful responding quickly and then checking what vanities were in stock so I could collect straight away. Additionally, because our vanity plans changed she enabled us to swap for the matching shaving cabinets. I'm very appreciative for how easy and cost effective the whole process was!
Omar at Arova, was very helpful and promptly responded to any query I had re product and delivery. Purchased 2 vanities and was very pleased with high quality of their products, given how competitive their prices are.nWould certainly recommend!
