I was so disappointed at the way I was treated at one of your branches. The receptionist made me out to be a liar in front of the Audiologist. After I had made an arrangement with her to call in to their office to purchase an item for my hearing aids, she categorically denied having said she had stock for me to purchase. After I had asked the price & how many I wanted. I then received the items in my letter box, really, I thought they had no stock!!!! Disgraceful & she doesn’t deserve to be employed there. With the result I will never return there.

These people won’t stop harassing me with phone calls, after I made an appointment with them. I want to warn others, don't be sucked in by the free hearing test, you'll never get rid of them. In the last 4 weeks alone, I have been called at least 7 times. I say at least, because in my phone it shows 7 times from the number which I have saved for them; but I've also answered the phone to 2 other numbers of theirs, that I didn't have saved. Those unknown numbers have also called me a couple of times each, just this week. 

I answer almost every time and I try to explain nicely, that I do not need another appointment, nor have I actually booked another (they like to make out I’ve booked other appointments, even though I haven't). I went in once because I have a fluttering in my ear and thought they might be able to help. My hearing is perfect though and it turned out I need to see an E.N.T instead. However, these guys do not get that I no longer want to be on their call list. 

Many times, they've apologised and said they'd personally remove me from the list and yet I still get the calls. I received a call 2 days ago, again, and after trying to explain the situation once again, the lady informed me she was the one who dealt with the calls in her area and would delete me from the list. I actually believed her. Unfortunately, I just now received yet another call. Yes, I can block numbers but they call on many different numbers, so I'm at a loss as to what to do. So, I am writing this review to warn others, it's just not worth a free hearing test.

CONSTANT TELEMARKETING CALLS FROM THESE GUYS - IM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER 'AND' HAVE BEEN TOLD TWICE ALREADY TO STOP CALLING ME!! DISGUSTING AND REPREHENSIBLE !! BAD BAD BAD!! IM NOW REPORTING THEM TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS OMBUDSMAN!!

I had an appointment with National Hearing on 31st August at Kippa Ring in Queensland. This appointment had been confirmed in a letter to me which stated that "we have reserved 20 minutes especially for you".
When I arrived the receptionist advised me that no appointment had been made, she then told me that it wouldn't normally be a problem but they did not have any equipment there that day to test my hearing!
What kind of business are they running?  I will never do business with this company again.
