Fantastic Service I can't praise Sid enough for his help and ability to go above and beyond in order to help his customers. I travel a lot and the day before I was to leave for Europe on business my Samsonite mobile office handle jammed open. As it was under warranty I contacted the store and they referred me to Walkalong. I explained my situation to Michael and he attempted to fix the handle that afternoon but with no success. On his own initiative he then contacted Samsonite and spoke to his contact Sid to see if they could help. Both Michael and Sid then arranged to transport a new case to Walkalong that evening and met me at the store with a brand new replacement. Both Michael and Sid from Samsonite were fantastic and really provided excellent customer service. I was able to take the replacement bag on my trip the next day. Thankyou Michael and Sid, your both legends.

Staff are unhelpful. I've contacted Ria Rajatjut several times regarding replacement keys, and over a month a later, I still do not have replacement keys.
