I needed to return a play station game that was purchased as a gift for Xmas. We have been away since then and now apparently I’m out side of the eb return policy.  How ridiculous! I can only trade the game for a lesser value which is not good enough. I have a receipt and the game is in its packaging and in perfect condition.  I explained this to the ‘manager’ who still wouldn’t help me despite me explaining I have been away. I won’t be returning, poor customer service and plenty of other stores that retail similar products with a more reasonable return’s  policy.

Staff literally abused me when I tried to pick up an order. He couldn't find it, I offered details and he threatened to have me removed.. I'll never go here again

Very busy store.  Always is on weekends that we been.  But staff are so helpful and obliging when you need them.  We love this store.

Even on a busy Saturday team there today were very helpful and was able to guide me to get the  most items for the best value. Much appreciated

Picked up my PS5 this morning 29/4/2022 and had a great experience. I dealt with a lovely young lady. She was super helpful, friendly and smiling from the moment I walked in. A very rare occurrence in retail. Appreciate the excellent service. Thank you
