What an unpleasant attitude from the store manager!
I had a few queries on their console deals but I got a laugh for a reply.
I didn't think I said anything funny. The other staff were  so much nicer.
The store manager's just disgusting.

The so called store manager "Derreck" is very disrespectful and doesnt understand what customer service is. Asked him a harmless question and proceeds to laugh at my question and fails to give me an answer. Moreover, when asking for a refund he makes up some excuse to deter me from getting a refund. Had to call EB Games headquarters to resolve the issue after his horrendous service.

All the staff I have encountered are very friendly, although the store needs some touching up last time I went they have everything just like any other eb games

Store manager the one with bread clearly doesn't understand what customer service is. Refusing to refund on some made up reasons. Shocking altitude. Other staff members are so much nicer.
