Chris completely changed the game. He was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, zero pressure, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything properly and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed.nnThe installation team from JB for my TV and soundbar were just as impressive. They were professional, friendly, and worked around a small issue at my place without any fuss. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The setup looks incredible and sounds even better.nnService like this is rare. I’m now a JB Brighton customer for life.nnHuge thanks to Chris and the team — exceptional from start to finish.10/10
I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Jett at JB Hi-Fi. My order was stuck online and I had no idea what went wrong, but Jett handled everything with patience and professionalism. They checked the issue straight away, explained what was happening, and helped get the order moving again without any hassle.nnCustomer service like this is rare — helpful, calm, and actually solves the problem. Really appreciate the support. Would definitely recommend asking for Jett if you need help.
I visited the Brighton store today and I want to make a big shout out to Joshua for his exceptional customer service. He helped bring my blood pressure down better than any medication!! Finding a receipt on line for me that will be needed for a warranty claim and getting my old phone up and running while the new one goes to the phone doctor. Thanks so much Joshua. You rock!!!!!
