Best experience with Hamish.nHe was extremely knowledgeable on the products that I was after from electrical to kitchen to lap tops. On top of that, he was honest about what I needed, for example, he asked questions about what I was using the product for etc to then determine how much money I should spend on an item. I felt cared for, and because he went above and beyond to attend to my needs and for that reason, I will only return to JB HIFI Brighton and no where else. We need more Hamish in all the other JB HIFI stores. Thanks mate, you are truly one of a kind!

Id give 0 stars. Absolutely disappointed with their price matching service. Requested a price match on a google pixel 10 pro phone for Telstra Black Friday Deal and was told its not possible because the condition is you have to be a telstra customer. I told them this is not true as I can buy it outright as an Optus customer. They still did not agree and said no to the price matching.nnI went to officeworks and they agreed to price match and gave me another 5% off on top of it.nnJB HiFi please train your staff properly to give better service than this.

My wife and I walked in to purchase a TV and soundbar, and Chris was absolutely amazing from the start. Lily was the reason we bought our new laptop from JB Hi Fi Brighton. We had a 'wish list' of what we needed, she took this on board and showed us 2-3 options that didn't overwhelm the decision making process. She assisted in a way that was more like dealing with a tech-savvy friend than a sales assistant. It was such a positive experience all round, her warm and genuine personality and great new laptop that ticked all the boxes. Great work Lily!
