From the moment I walked in, his professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm stood out. He greeted me with a warm smile and immediately offered assistance, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.nnArchie has a clear passion for what he does. When I asked for recommendations, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and suggested options that were spot-on. His knowledge of wines, spirits, and local craft products was seriously impressive, but what really made the difference was how approachable and friendly he was. He made thoughtful suggestions without any pressure, and his confidence made me feel like I was in expert hands.nnIt’s rare to come across someone who combines great customer service with such a personable attitude. Archie made what could have been a quick stop feel like a genuinely positive shopping experience. Dan Murphy’s Brighton is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be back not just for the selection, but for the outstanding service he provides.
Probably the biggest & best out of all the stores. The variety is massive with every type of drink you can think of coming from many regions around the world. Prices quite competitive with woolies dominating the alcohol sales industry, it's amazing they don't make more money as their logistics cost are very high either way it's great store
Had a great in store experience with Leah last weekend when needing to cater for a party. We're not well versed in making cocktails and were expertly assisted by Leah was most knowledgeable and patient. Have always received personable customer service whenever visiting this store.
Many of your staff members are very good, but some have an extremely poor attitude. Today I was treated very rudely by an employee named David. It was really infuriating.
