Impressive customer Service. My son was recently a patient at Sandringham Hospital and we were desperate for a wheelchair. I tried a number of local pharmacies and by the time I got through to Statewide it was almost 5.30pm. Although they close at 5pm the Manager waited for us to arrive which was around 6pm. He did not rush us and spent time showing my son and myself around the chair, even helping us to load it into the car.

Huge range to choose from. The staff were very knowledgable and went the extra mile! Highly recommended.

The worst service imaginable. They clearly don't enjoy serving customers and it shows. I stood in the shop for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement at all. No "hi, we'll be with you as soon as we can". One man finished serving a customer then sat down behind a computer without acknowledging the 3 waiting customers. No eye contact, no greeting. Previously, several phone calls to them were a disaster, like trying to swim through mud. I'll never go there again. No respect for or consideration of the customer. Avoid the angst, go elsewhere.

BEWARE!!! Rented a knee scooter Nov 2016 after major ankle surgery, after discharge I callef 2make a 1off payment only 4 a 2week period of hire! Explained to girl "I'm on a tight budget Will pay balance owing on return off scooter"..3weeks later and only needing scooter 4 1more week I got an email from statewide,Remember thinking "Will pay invoice next week over phone again". The following day I got notice from bank that I'd incurred a dishonor fee as there was not enuff in acc 2cover a direct debit..When I lookt online I was shocked to discover Statewide had basicly Stole nearly $200 from my acc without my knowing!! When I called to complain I was told thats the way we do it. Completely thru finances which took me 5weeks 2 get back on track..WARNING TO ANYONE DOING BUISNESS THEM.. BE VERY CAREFUL giving card details to them..Customer service is Terrible and Attitude towards personal circumstance leaves alot 2be desired... There's plenty of hire places that Treat you betta and R cheaper than this place...DO BUISNESS AT OWN RISK!
