We recently purchased a new BMW X1 from BMW Brighton, and the entire experience was fantastic. Vincent was our salesperson, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.nnFrom start to finish, the team made everything seamless and enjoyable. We’ve dealt with a few dealerships over the years, and without a doubt, BMW Brighton has been the best by far. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality car-buying experience.

Just spent an hour with the best motorcycle salesman I have dealt with in the last 20 years. Huge experience with a great attitude and very friendly. If you’re looking for a BMW ask for David Wilkinson, you won’t be disappointed.

Overall, the service experience was okay. However, after the service manager Alex took my payment, he asked me to wait outside for my car and then didn’t show up for around 20 minutes. After waiting that long, I went back inside only to find out he had already left the dealership. Thankfully, another staff member helped bring the car out for me. I hope I don’t receive the same treatment next time and that communication can be improved.

Disappointing Experience at BMW BrightonnnI would like to share my recent experience at BMW Brighton, which unfortunately fell well below the level of professionalism expected from a premium dealership.nnOn 21 November 2025, I visited the showroom to test-drive the BMW i5 M60 and received a formal price for the vehicle we were interested in. We returned the following day, 22 November, ready to proceed with the purchase based on the quoted figure.nnTo my surprise, we were then advised that the price had increased by $11,000 overnight. The explanation provided was that the initial price was an “error” in the quote. I requested that the dealership honour the original amount provided to us only a day earlier, but this was declined.nnI want to make it clear that the sales representative - “Alfie” we interacted with was professional and courteous throughout. The issue arose entirely from the management’s decision-making process and the inconsistency in the explanations given to us.nnHaving been in business for over 20 years, I have never encountered such a situation. The refusal to stand by their own quoted price and the lack of transparency left us with serious concerns regarding the dealership’s ethics and customer service practices.nnBased on this experience, I will not be considering BMW Brighton for any future purchases.

I order BMW S1000 XR M through Brighton Bmw staff is sensational they go beyond their limits to help the customers to get there dream cars and motorcycle , I’m going to bring up the staff Daniella and Eliza from finance department helps me a lot even through it was tuff but make my journey so easy to help me to get through my dream bike.nAs David from Motarrad helps me through all my journey and get me delivered that bike what i request an others would say cannot be happy more than.nGreat staff very comfortable environment great services epic staff great culture ,highly recommended anybody to BMW Brighton and get your dreams car and Motarrad through them
