I would like to thank service advisor Tony for his help.nRecently, my car had two issues.nThe first time, the car displayed a warning that the engine oil level was low and needed to be refilled to the proper level.nThen today, my car showed a warning that the right front tire pressure was low and needed to be checked.nnBecause these warnings made me feel very stressed, I drove my car to BMW Brighton. Since the situation felt urgent, I had not made an appointment in advance, so I approached Tony hoping he might be able to help.nnTony was a very friendly service advisor. He was patient, always smiling, and quickly identified that there was a large nail stuck in the right front tire. He promptly arranged for the issue to be resolved. What surprised me even more was that both issues were fixed free of charge.nnThank you Tony for your help.nHe truly understands how customers feel and knows how to ease their stress.nnThank you to BMW Brighton for the excellent service!nnYan
