I had the most amazing experience trading in and purchasing a new Mini from BMW Brighton. Pier and Vivien were absolutely incredible to deal with and they really went above and beyond to ensure that the whole process was seamless. A big thank you to Johnny from sales, James and Matt from finance and Jack from the Genius team in what was a great handover of our new BMW i4. Snapped up the great deal of 0% finance and the experience at the dealership was amazing with everyone involved. Getting the finance approval was very easy and a big shout out to the tech who spent hours making a custom plate bracket for our number plate to fit on the day, customer service was fantastic and made my wife and I very happy, would recommend everyone to see the team at Brighton BMW for your next new BMW.

I initially wanted a Mercedes, but ended up choosing a BMW because of the fantastic deal and the excellent support from the sales team.

My wife picked her car up from a service yesterday Wed, warning light now saying battery is low/flat.  Called 3:10 Thurs with “the best we can do is Monday”.  This is not service, what you do is have the customer bring the car back immediately and have someone stay back to check it out.  A shift worker nurse who works odd hours was explained, nope no can do.  Just awful, as though we’re here to serve you.
