I want to thank Kade, Johnny, Matt, Danielle & Tony for the outstanding service I received over the last week at Brighton BMW. I have been coming here to service and maintain my X5 M50i, and recently took delivery of an M model. The communication through the entire process was fantastic, and even though they had 24 cars to deliver on my day of pickup, they made the time for me to truly embrace taking delivery of one of their flagship vehicles. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have to say, the level of service I received recently from my service advisor, Steve Donaghue was exceptional. His communication was clear, timely, and professional every step of the way. Steve took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with each decision.nnWhat stood out most was the genuine care and attention Steve showed—not just in handling my vehicle’s needs, but in recognizing and valuing my long-standing loyalty. It’s rare to find customer service that makes you feel truly appreciated, and that’s exactly what I experienced.nnThis kind of dedication and personal touch is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Expect to play games but in the end you’re able to get a relatively reasonable price.nnBiggest improvement area: Wouldn’t say they appreciate loyalty enough as what would be expected from a “High end” company, doesn’t feel very individualised if that makes sense. We have bought numerous cars from them and it meant very little in the end, same as going to Coles.nnNevertheless, staff as people as quite nice and I think they would like to assist more but management is poor I would say, as I said, it’s a Coles experience from BMW.nnAlfie is a decent salesman though.

I had the most amazing experience trading in and purchasing a new Mini from BMW Brighton. Pier and Vivien were absolutely incredible to deal with and they really went above and beyond to ensure that the whole process was seamless. Communication was perfect and the whole experience was second to none. The feeling when purchasing a new car can be quite overwhelming but I didn’t feel anything than else than royalty when entering this business. The whole team is so friendly and Tony makes a great coffee! I love these guys and will ensure that I only go here going forward. Thank you for making this experience a special one!

How lucky were my husband and myself by walking into BMW Brighton a few days ago.nWe were looking for a new 4WD for a while and visited a few dealers around. But when we came to BMW in Brighton we realised  we were in the right hands. Vincent  the salesman was so friendly , helpful and very professional.  We finished up buying a great car, we are also happy with the price and successfully traded in our old car as well!  Thanks guys! You have very happy customers!
