Felix is genuinely a good guy to deal with. No hard sell just lots of knowledge about cars and happy to answer any questions. The guys at Brighton Jaguar made the purchase of our F-Pace simple and pleasant with awesome after care service. Thank you all for taking great care of us before, during and after purchase.

Ray and the whole team take great care, time, and attention to detail, without high pressure sales tactics you might find at other dealers. Really enjoyed the experience here.

Just when you though Jaguar has made an effort to come back to the market with the new cars it is unfortunate that they are let down by dealership such as this where the focus of customer service does not exist. Listening to the customer isn't an attribute that seem have been trained to their sales staff. After spending more than half an hour on the conversation (mostly sales fluff) the bottom line was don't even think about test drive if I was not going to pay the price that was put on the paper. What a poor and pity service.
