Had a great experience with the service team. They recently did some work on my Territory including a full set of brake pads. On getting the vehicle back, there was an odd noise and shudder. Brighton Ford took it straight back, double checked everything, rang me to discuss in detail the symptoms and then sorted the issue out which turned out to be glazed discs (common after new pads). The service was very friendly (especially Henry), the explanation and advise on the brakes clear and useful and they took me for a test drive afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. I have had a number of good experiences with this team so thought I would write a review. Well done and thanks. Greg

I would like to commend the sales team at Brighton Ford, particularly Richard Bignell for his professionalism, patience and assistance in the recent purchase of my Ford Ranger Wildtrak. Richard spent well over 90 minutes answering my questions and at no time was I made to feel pressured to buy even after an extended test drive. I left to test drive other competitors utes but decided on the Wildtrak. I came back just before closing time to negotiate a deal and once again Richard was very patient. Richard offered me a very generous discount which I accepted. Over the course of the next few days, Richard kept me informed on the progress of the delivery and on the day of delivery, Richard walked me through the Wildtraks features in detail before I took possession. I definitely will not hesitate to contact Richard for my next Ford and have recommended him to all my friends and family.

I have got 90.000km service a few days ago. they charged $614 for that service and it included replace air filter, pollun filter and fuel filter.service advisor told me replaced thise filters and all good. I couldn’t check it when I pick my car. because of kids. when I check my car after back home. I found nothing replaced. I ask them what happen but they said they don’t know. they don’t know why technician dis like that. they don’t know where are new filters. I am really angry. It is third time I found their faults. If you got service recently from here, you have to check everything by yourself immediately. theyare cheating on customers
