this is my local chemist I visit every fortnight to top up on all my essentials. Generally have a fine experience. But Today the security guard was LITERALLY following me through every aisle! I’m an honest and paying customer. I don’t know if it’s just cause I have brown skin or what? Made me feel so uncomfortable.nnThere was a very kind girl working at the counter though so I’ll give an extra star. I didn’t get a name.
We manage our annual flu vacination program for staff with the CWH Elsternwick pharmacy team. Everyone in the pharmacy team and everyone at the store are a delight to interact with, nothing is a problem. Our staff feel very comfortable having their vacinations with such a professional, efficient and friendly team.nRegards,nGary Head of Operations
Absolutely disgusted with a young male staff member using ongoing offensive language telling stories rather than work. Manager Maddie decided to giggle rather than take it seriously. Apparently he is a jokester!! With a dominantly female and elderly demographic, I would have had the staff member removed for offensive language in a public place. Security did nothing. An older female stopped and thanked me for interjecting and putting a stop to his behaviour. They too were disgusted. Love this business which makes this all the more sour
Not very knowledgeable staff, with limited experience and long wait times. They have a good range of things, though, which makes up for it. For a cheap option, this is a good place to go.
incredibly rude security and staff who stereotyped us, asking us if we saw the images of people stealing by the front door and threatened to put our picture there even though we hadn’t taken anything simply because we were teenagers, attempting to threaten us by saying he will be checking the security footage immediately. We were confused because we hadn’t taken anything or seen him ask anyone else. This was super offensive and unprofessional
