5 stars and one reason: CHLOE!nChloe from the printing area is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond in making sure your prints are exactly what you need. She was so efficient in finishing off orders while other orders still printed, had a super friendly attitude and genuinely helpful.nShe absolutely saved the day for me with multiple print projects. I have other Officeworks closer to me, but will continue to go back to this one purely thanks to Chloe’s service level!
Great work from the team at Elsternwick on Wednesday November 10th, 2025.nThey were really busy and working so hard and efficiently to get everything done. So much multi-tasking under quite a bit of pressure due to a busy stretch when I was there.nThey were polite, hard-working and doing their very best to ensure smooth running and completed my job with all the specifications and changes I needed while managing a constant stream of customers.

The staff in Elsternwick are amazing! The manager girl with red hair and another staff member girl with brown hair, both helped me on Sunday to price match a phone that I wanted to get for my dad! They were friendly, super helpful and kind! They took their time in a busy day and I am very appreciative! Please pass on my thanks for me!
Limited street parking nearby but right off the tram line along Glen Huntly Road. Decent size and stock within the store and the workers are fairly knowledgeable on where certain products are around the store. I haven’t used the self-serve printing but I have used the full-service email option with no issues. They were able to find my email and print my documents quickly and easily. I will continue to shop for office supplies at this location.
