Limited street parking nearby but right off the tram line along Glen Huntly Road. Decent size and stock within the store and the workers are fairly knowledgeable on where certain products are around the store. I haven’t used the self-serve printing but I have used the full-service email option with no issues. They were able to find my email and print my documents quickly and easily. I will continue to shop for office supplies at this location.
Came in looking for a new pair of wireless headphones, wasn’t really sure what to buy. Had a chat with Jack and he explained the benefits of each product and made sure I was happy with my final decision. Excellent customer service, highly recommend this store.
Worst customer service imaginable. Went there with my children to print some photos. After uploading photos and paying, system did not work. We patiently spent close to half an hour in store and they were incapable of getting the photos printed. What I found truly appalling was, beyond a refund, no one offered to help us go through the process and ensure the customer left with printed photos, nor did anyone apologise for wasting g our time. Technical issues can happen but not poor customer service. I’d be embarrassed to let a customer leave without trying my best to sort out what they came in for.
I'd like to give a big shout-out to Ally, who was kind, professional and very patient with me. I purchased a Matrix Executive Sit Stand Electric Desk 1200mm for my partner - I have one myself - and Ally made the whole process smooth, quick and easy. Well done all - and the desk is fantastic!
This isn’t a review of the store, as I’d actually had a problem with poor communication the evening prior with a print job. While I could understand I showed up late to print a LOT of documents $90 normal documents worth in b+w I thought even though they would be printed 2 sided, they would be individual documents but I was not made aware before printing that they would all be intentionally merged to save them time, the word merge wasn’t even mentioned. I called the next day as I didn’t notice until the store was shut, and while I was told they would reprint it, it wasn’t in a kind manner as well, with excuses and being told “not to come in at the last minute”, while there was ample time to print.nEnter Lily the following evening, and actual printing angel who remedied the whole situation, separated the documents after printer, let me borrow the stapler and was as pleasant as anyone could hope while being efficient at the same time why I can confidently say ample time the precious attempt and Lily proved it took less than 10 minutes.nTo the manager: treasure this employee, I don’t usually leave reviews for companies but I was so happy with the service from Lily that I felt compelled to do so!
