I took ill in this store last week. The staff and manager were wonderful! The copying i was trying to do at the time was a bit beyond my capabilities and again they were fantastic. i had to go back again this morning and again they were super helpful polite pleasant and clearly work as a cohesive team as facilitated by their managers.
Good size store, conveniently located at the heart of Elsterwick. Very helpful staff, good selection of stationery, printing and electronic equipment. Refunds are hassle free. Parking may be a problem but easily accessible by no 3 tram.
Very poor service at the Elsternwick storennI had a terrible experience at the Officeworks store in Elsternwick. When I asked about a photo frame, the staff member sent me to wait in line for over half an hour. When it was finally my turn, they told me that wasn’t the right place for what I was looking for, and I had wasted all that time for nothing. No one offered any help or proper guidance. It was a huge waste of time and really disappointing.
I dropped in recently to grab some stationery and print a few documents, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The store was well-organised, and everything I needed was easy to find.nnBig shoutout to Spandan, who gave me a hand with the self-serve printing station. He was super helpful and made sure everything printed correctly without any fuss. It’s great to see staff who are friendly and know their stuff.nnOverall, a great experience—quick service, good prices, and solid customer support. Would definitely shop here again!
I needed to get some flyers printed out today. In the past at other locations, simple printing has sometimes been met with issues with either the document, or the printers, and I have had to make repeat trips and efforts to get things done.nnToday, I was pleasantly surprised by Sophie at the Elsternick store, who was polite, and solution minded. I had a large order to fill with a few problems that were found but instead of being rejected, Sophie fixed the errors simply and efficiently. Saving alot of stress and time.nnHer performance ought to be commended, as it restored my faith in office works in light of previous disappointments. Will definitely be coming to this store again!
