NB this store does not do baby passport photos. This review is for Allie who helped us out with our 4 month old's passport photo. We called ahead and were mistakenly told by another team member they could do our baby's photo. Allie understood how much effort it was for us to get there for the photo and went above and beyond for us to get the best photo possible. Super grateful to her for providing such outstanding customer service. Sincerely, two sleep-deprived parents
I organised a 2 hour delivery service order ID 1831230867 last Monday 29/6 and the laptop stand came severely damaged. I've tried calling the store multiple times over the past week with no luck connecting to a person. Finally today, someone picked up but said my only option for swapping the product over is to attend the store which isn't possible for me. Defeats the whole purpose of having a 2 hour delivery.... How on earth did the team think this was an acceptable product to send out?
Whenever I visit Officeworks Elsternwick for document scanning or photocopying, the staff usually direct customers to the self-service machines rather than assisting at the counter. Not everyone is familiar with how to use these machines, especially for more complicated scanning or copying tasks.nnCustomers are often left waiting and looking for assistance, while staff seem reluctant to help. If the store expects everyone to use self-service facilities, they should provide better guidance, training, or more readily available support. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience and has negatively affected the level of customer service.
I had a disappointing experience with the stock availability information for the Elsternwick store. I checked the Officeworks website and it showed that the item was in stock at this location, so I travelled there specifically to purchase it. However, after arriving at the store, I was informed that the item was not actually available.nnThis resulted in me having to travel to another, more distant store to find the product. I understand that stock levels can change, but the online inventory system should be more accurate or updated more frequently to avoid customers making unnecessary trips.nnThe staff were polite and helpful, but I hope Officeworks can improve the accuracy of their stock information in the future.
Shout out to the team at Elsternwick Officeworks.nMostly all young, they genuinely serve with care and respect, and deal with quite rude people regularly. I often stop in for small print jobs, stationary needs etc, it’s great to see young crew having a go, working as a team, doing their best, gaining valuable workplace skills.
