This business has had many bad reviews and the owner continues to put up new pages to remove the bad reviews. They lie, take more money from you, they're completely unprofessional. They tried to tell me I dropped an item that they sold me faulty. The owner is a very rude man and Im surprised this business has not been reported. The review below is clearly from a staff member with photos taken by a staff member. I love how they emphas use the owner is honest. Unfortunately he is far from honest. Beware.

The jeweller is very helpfull and a very honest nice man and the staff in store are very good people also.They have a big range of fine jewellery and diamonds They also have Pandora (My fav!!)and their prices are very good also. I have been going to this store for last  8 years and I get all my stuff from them and all my jewellery and watch repairs are done by Chris . This is a lovely shop its a little gem in Elsternwick
