Best range of amazing books especially by local authors or connecting you to local history, geography or culture. The best kids book section! The booksellers are friendly and approachable and can recommend a suite of books for any bookworms interest (it's a great way to find a book for a gift for someone - and gift-wrapping is excellent), and book vouchers are also an option if you can't decide. Join and redeem your points earned with vouchers! There are two local stores (Elsternwick and Albert Park). If you need a book they are very happy to order it in quickly.

Had several lovely experiences at this bookshop. Staff have always gone above and beyond to help with any inquires. From helping with book enquiries to choosing presents for nieces and nephews. Highly recommended.

I ordered a book online from this store on the 21st of November only to be told it wasn’t in stock (so what was it doing on the website?) I was condescendingly offered the option of the bookstore keeping my money until such time as the book came back in stock (it’s out of print!) or a refund. I chose a refund on the 22nd. After several emails and a telephone call a refund has finally been processed. In the age of online book selling and the soon to be Amazon onslaught the only thing independent book stores have going for them is personalised service. This store fails on that front spectacularly. Oh and a check on their website yesterday revealed the book was still listed on the website! I’ll shop online with the likes of Book Depositary and Amazon from now on.

My happy place! I love it in here, a great selection of books and the staff are so friendly and always so accommodating! I love that they have a loyalty program too!
