I've had experience buying a car and having had 3 now serviced at Brighton Holden. I'd like to specifically acknowledge the Service Department for their attentive and professional approach. While unfortunate, my current Holden has had some recall items and warranty jobs to complete. The guys in service (specifically Shaun & Mischa) have been fantastic on every occasion. They are very mindful of how frustrating it can be to waste time on these issues and the way they assist you with your issues is to be commended. On my recent visit this week, not only was a new part replaced to fix an external water leak, but the service technician found another unrelated issue which was also repaired under warranty. In my experience, most such businesses only see the reported issue and nothing else. These guys looked at the bigger picture and I'm grateful for it. Brighton Holden should be proud of the representation they have of their business in the Service Department - well done guys! Update 19th Jan 2018 Following a recent issue with my steering, I again presented my car to the service department at Brighton Holden, with support from attending representative Kim Yang. Yet again, I was treated in a courteous and respectful manner whilst provided honest information about how my issue would be resolved. Considering how rude people can be these days, these guys are an asset to Holden and this dealership. I have only ever witnessed courteous and respectful approach to customers and this is not always easy to do. Congratulations to the Service team, you are an asset to the Holden brand and this dealership. I look forward to my next visit and, all going well next time it will be to purchase a car.

Good service, we were lucky we got a new age salesman who wasn't pushy (Jufil). Super easy transaction. Would recommend.

Love this dealership. Have purchased 2 cars from then and would happily do it again. Just called in with our 2016 Walkinshaw Colorado with a noise issue and the foreman saw us straight away even though they were flat out busy. Great service and would recommend to anyone.

Didn't buy a vehicle from here but staff very professional and know their stuff. Offer while you wait servicing with good lounge facility. If you are local this would be a good place to get and maintain a vehicle
