Quick and efficient except the tyres fitted were not exactly what I ordered. Should have been 95Y but received 95W. This was only noticed when I saw the invoice which was emailed to me after payment and collection.
Great service, advice and competitive pricing. Well organised workshop - clean and professional. I dealt with Glenn who was patient and knowledgeable in helping me select the best tyres for my two vehicles. Outstanding customer service during a very busy time. I am very pleased with the tyres and wheel alignment.
I called from another retailer who couldn’t fit me in that day. Jax made me an appointment for approximately an hour and a half from when I called. They said it would be done within an hour and after about 20 minutes my car was ready to go. AND, their price for a suitable tyre for my car was $17 less than the original place!! Thanks very much Jax for a seamless experience.
Jax is just amazing service, reliability, friendly, value for money and so honest. My 2011 Subaru Outback has been kept in perfect working order by the team over many years and I’m always provided with options for costs and time, I’ve done some right mishaps but this team just sort it no trouble, can just tell it’s genuine care about customers and safety not just a mechanic - always answers my simple questions with courtesy in a way I can understand I’m usually rural emergency mental health nurse half the year , always get a check up before I head away and never had a doubt I and car will be fine, so I’m safe Our BMW X1 has also moved to Jax and has never been performing better There is no where else I’d go but Jax Caulfield Thanks legends
Two and a half days after I left my tyre and no one called. I called and they say they going to check it now and call me back within an hour. Two hours later no one called. I called again and been told my tyre cannot be fixed. Try to get me to buy a new one for $150. I went down the road to different shop, they fixed it on the spot and put the spare one back in place, they charged me $35 and it only took 20 minutes.
Fantastic service from the team at JAX Caulfield. I called up late arvo yesterday for two tyre repairs and was seen today at 9:30am. I was pleasantly surprised with the minimal cost! Thank you again.
The man behnd the counter was arrogant. The work should have taken half an hour but was told to return in two hours. I arived home half an hour later only to receive a phone call saying my car was ready. The front tyres require 36lbs/in, the rears 39lbs. He told me they had inflated all tyres to 38lbs/in "because it was easier". The entire experience was unpleasant and unnecessarily drawn out. The re-balanced wheel still wobbled. Not recommended.
Great place to get your car serviced. Work gets started on the day it was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Pricing is ok.
Great service, the staff were very friendly and professional. It just took 45 minutes to change four tyres and wheel alignment too. Highly recommended!
The best customer service one can asked for. Rob and his team are truly above the rest. Highly recommended for great service, friendly face and competitive pricing.
