Disgusting. You couldn't pay me to come back here, sold a faulty vacuum and rang within twenty minutes of purchase to complain yet have now been back four times and nothing will be done - have had comments such as 'well I'm not going to call you a liar but I don't believe you' and 'it's only a vacuum' thrown my way by these disgusting failed used car salesmen. Made me cry, made me feel like was such a moron I didn't know how to use a vacuum correctly and just basically made me write off the cost of the vacuum simply to put this horrible experience behind me. Third vacuum I have purchased from here but most definitely the last. Well done scumbags you got your sale but the power of social media is a birch that will come back to bite you.

I had the most positive customer service experience today at Godfreys Caulfield South. The salesperson, Sean, helped me assemble my shampooer efficiently while being so helpful and pleasant. He is a real asset to the company - if only customer service like this existed in all retail stores! Thank you, Sean!

Pathetic customer service. Vacuum broke within 6 months of purchase and despite the 12 month warranty the would not replace it. They sent off for it to be "serviced" which took two weeks and when I got it back they did not return the charging cable! It has been another 2 weeks now and I still don't have it back because it is being sent from the head office. Staff were rude and unhelpful, I would not recommend purchasing anything from here.
