Story

Gran Prix Bicycles has been operating in Glenhuntly Road, Caulfield South for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on delivering a great range of what we believe are the best in class products at a competitive price. Whilst we know we'll beat our competitors when it comes to honest advice and great service, sometimes they like to try and beat us on price, so if you do find a better price elsewhere please come in and give us a chance to either match it or put together a tailored package that's better value. I love what the team at gran Prix offer. I get a quick turnaround on bike servicing with honest, helpful feedback and advice on how to look after my bike...even when it's as well looked after as mine is. Their product line suits all riders and they are friendly and down to earth. I'll always keep going back.

Took my bike in for repair recently. Minute I walked in I felt welcome by the service guy who listened attentively to my problem and offered sound advice what would be needed for my repair. I hadnt even looked around or got comparitive quotes but was so pleased with the advice and proposal given I booked my bike in immediately. The day of the service everything went to plan as was described and I was very pleased to have my bike back in great working order. The repair was also affordable for the work done, the guys delivering on the quoted amount. Overall I am very happy and would definitely recommend this bike store .

I've brought two bikes in for repairs now and they've been returned in better shape than  brand new. Fair prices too.

DISHONEST RUDE PENNY PINCHERS !!! 

Changed my flat tire twice and found both of them were neatly cut by knife, which was impossible damaged from the outside. Each time I found the same knife cut and the good condition only lasted for more than three month after tube changed. Negotiated with the staffs, but they were so rude to give any explanation and forced me out of their secret operation room in case I know something I shouldn't know... 

It is unbelievable and pity that there are someone who have to cheat customers in this evil way in order to earn twenty dollars.  It was not the quality of the product, I believe, however, those were on purpose.. I will never ever go into this evil dirty shop again...Do not even believe there is such a shop in this country...
