Down to earth, Honest. Its really hard to find that in this day and age..... Have called into Blueprint at the spare of the moment to get items diagnosed and resolved and always had prompt, accurate treatment with an a honest approach..... I have no problem recommending this Mechanic to anyone. They have certainly won me over.

Helpful staff. They did a great job servicing our car and I felt they were honest with what needed to be done and we'll priced.

Not a great experience. Price was ok as I paid $165 for RWC and the retest was quoted at $50 which is fine. Car failed RWC which is understandable but I wasn't convinced of the assessor's overall job. Owner seems nice enough and competent BUT if one of your mechanics notes down that the electric window doesn't work, and then you try the window for yourself and it does actually work fine then please just be honest and say the window works. Sometimes the little things do count...

Highly recommended. We are getting both our cars serviced here now. We were really pleased with the work done on our cars and the owners are really helpful and friendly.
