Brighton Mitsubishi

Spent $3000 on a problem they never fixed. Ended up being a very simple fix that cost me $200... They have no idea what they are doing and refused to communicate with other Mitsubishi dealerships to solve a very common problem. Outrageously overpriced and terrible unorganized.

Customer service was excellent, Darren and Stephanie were so helpful and easy going. I negotiated everything with them via phone and the process was fast and easy, my wife also wanted to change the color of the car we wanted 2 days before we were due to pick up the car and they did not hesitate to ensure we get what we asked for. Darren and Stephanie helped us out throughout the whole process and we drove off with our brand new Mitsubishi Outlander 2017.

Blown away by the fantastic experience provided by Theo Barlabas in the service support team this week. I highly recommend this dealership for buying or servicing your car. Theo was accountable and trustworthy, the support given to us when we had problem was sorted out in a timely professional manner.

Pleasant staff, quality service if not slightly on the expensive side. Use them for any product recalls (3 so far) for an older Lancer.
