Can’t fault the customer service from Peng Li at this dealership. Having been a long time customer at Mercedes Benz, I was hesitant to switch brands and move into a Lexus. I’ve only had the car a few hours, but I absolutely love it! Peng allowed me to take the time to test drive the cars I liked the look of, and was not at all pushy in closing the deal. I recently had my Lexus serviced for its yearly maintenance. Despite the hour-long drive again, it's absolutely worth it due to the exceptional customer service provided by Irvin. He patiently addressed all my car-related questions, providing clear and comprehensive answers. This thoroughness gave me great confidence in leaving my vehicle with them. It was reassuring to know that any concerns were met with helpful suggestions or effective solutions upon pickup, making the long drive a worthwhile experience.
The five stars is for salesman Matt Rawjee and his customer service. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase from Matt because Lexus only have fabric seating, without an upgrade option on the RZ500e Sports Luxury. The look of the fabric really cheapened the overall look of what is otherwise an absolutely beautiful car. This configuration decision by Lexus Australia completely baffles me when the seats on the base model look much better and would have sufficed.
