Lexus mentality - you never really know what happens at the service and unable to understand the costs. They offer to pick your car up for service. I thought l would make it easy and drop the car and then pick up a courtesy car, then asked did l want to pay $40 + to cover the excess. You have made it easy for Lexus - they should cover that cost. Its all about money

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Lexus of Brighton. I couldn't be happier with both of the vehicles I have purchased. With a Lexus, you get twice the car, for half the price of comparable European marques. The customer service experience offered by Lexus of Brighton is first class.
