Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, when assisting me with a recent new washing machine purchase. He gave me a great price and assisted to coordinate an urgent delivery, on his day off. Delivery guys were also friendly and efficient. Much appreciated!
The customer service is terrible…only interested in making the sale. No time taken to answer any questions, I was looking to spend about $3500. I actually walked out to purchase online instead but the fridge I wanted was $300 more online so I returned to make that purchase and got everything else I needed elsewhere. It actually ended up being a really disappointing experience. I’ll go elsewhere when it comes to the rest of my renovations

This is our go to store, everyone that has served us has wonderful customer service, shout out to Harris who goes above and beyond assisting with many of our bigger purchases for many years now! The store is always clean and tidy, easy to browse. Thank you and keep it up, team!
After microwave. Did research and had 3 to see. Looked at them all then found out the Breville, the LG and the Samsung were all out of stock and aside from LG did not know when getting stock. Disappointing though sales assistant very helpful you can't sell what you don't have! But if you after entertainment or whitegoods always worth going to Good Guys. 12.3.25 washing machine packed up so looked at options and settles on Bosch and went to Good Guys to get. While there took notice of brands I'd love to buy if money no object! Jason, Sales Assistant very helpful.
