Unfortunately, I had to wait 30 minutes for a prescription to be filled for my very elderly mother, who was crying in pain.Apparently they only had one pharmacist working.  I had no choice but to wait there, so looked for some make up. Lots of testers, but not the actual products. Not a very happy experience, except for the lovely security man, who was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Was in there recently to get an Elastic conforming gauze. There was this bloke Hayden stacking shelves etc, only asked to guide me to where this was, but as I was myself not sure what I needed he took the trouble to find what I needed then measure the actual thickness and size etc. went out of his way to help. We need more people like that

I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over 10 years. While it’s always busy, I’ve generally had great service and kept coming back because of that. Unfortunately, that goodwill has completely evaporated after my recent experience.nnI accidentally picked up the wrong product off the shelf — an easy mistake when things aren’t clearly labelled. A few days later, I returned with my receipt to exchange it, only to be told they wouldn’t accept it because the box had been opened. Never mind that the actual product inside was still completely sealed.nnRefusing a return on a $145 item — especially when I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an exchange — is absurd. The lack of care or consideration shown was shocking, especially from a place I’ve supported for a decade. It’s not about the policy, it’s about the principle. This wasn’t a “whoops” over a $10 trinket — it was a genuine mistake, met with rigid, impersonal service.nnSadly, this has completely changed how I view this business. I expected better. I won’t be returning.

Great service and well presented store. Easy to navigate and find everything you need.

Called in this morning walked in as door was open along with 2 other customers behind me once inside the staff started saying  “we’re not open yet we open at 9am “ I checked my watch it was 858am and we were told to wait outside disgraceful customer service
