I needed an Oral B toothbrush head, online said 15 brushes for $48 but not sold by Brighton store. Alternative 16 brushes for $73.99!!! Had to pay $28.49 for 8 heads      $9 more. Not happy Chemist Warehouse.

I had a really lovely experience thanks to an Indian girl who helped me in the aisles when I was looking for a product. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. She also mentioned that she is studying nursing, which really showed in the way she cared and communicated. Her help made my shopping experience so much easier. Highly recommend—great customer service like this really stands out.

Always a great experience getting my scripts here the staff are awesome they do my scripts super fast never a problem & if something is not correct they call my doc & get it worked out straight away.The staff know me now & address me by my name & ask how I am & if I've had a good day & make me feel liked & appreciate my business.I highly recommend chemist warehouse Bay St north Brighton couldn't be happier always a great experience getting my meds & talking to the very experienced staff.Thanks for making my visits to collect my scripts an awesome positive & friendly experience I can't recommend them enough Thank you again 5

Unfortunately, I had to wait 30 minutes for a prescription to be filled for my very elderly mother, who was crying in pain.Apparently they only had one pharmacist working.  I had no choice but to wait there, so looked for some make up. Lots of testers, but not the actual products. Not a very happy experience, except for the lovely security man, who was very friendly, polite and helpful.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over 10 years. While it’s always busy, I’ve generally had great service and kept coming back because of that. Unfortunately, that goodwill has completely evaporated after my recent experience.nnI accidentally picked up the wrong product off the shelf — an easy mistake when things aren’t clearly labelled. A few days later, I returned with my receipt to exchange it, only to be told they wouldn’t accept it because the box had been opened. Never mind that the actual product inside was still completely sealed.nnRefusing a return on a $145 item — especially when I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an exchange — is absurd. The lack of care or consideration shown was shocking, especially from a place I’ve supported for a decade. It’s not about the policy, it’s about the principle. This wasn’t a “whoops” over a $10 trinket — it was a genuine mistake, met with rigid, impersonal service.nnSadly, this has completely changed how I view this business. I expected better. I won’t be returning.
