5 star service. I went to this shop with my two daughters to buy a set of new school clothing.The two sales ladies were amazing. They were helpful, friendly, professional and super efficient. They picked out the right sizes straight away (verified by my daughters trying them on) and in a jiffy we were finished. Highly recommended.

I recently had blinds, curtains and outside awnings installed in my house by Nicholls. They did the most fantastic job. Not only are the blinds etc all of high quality and look fantastic but the service was excellent from start to finish. I had a young baby in tow and they were so quick and efficient when installing. Everyone who came to our house was such a pleasure and every time I rung the office to ask questions I was given an answer straight away by the helpful staff. Nicholls were also amazingly patient and helpful is assisting me with what product would suit the different areas the best. I wasn't sure what would be the best option. So pleased with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Nicholls did the window furnishings for our new home. Their expertise and sense of style is second to none and we couldn't be happier with the look and functionality of all the various blinds, shutters and curtains throughout our new home. Very high end product at a very reasonable price. Kathryn was so helpful and full of fantastic suggestions to ensure the window furnishings complemented our home, furniture and feature walls, while still being practical for our young family. All the staff at Nicholls I dealt with, including the installers were extremely professional and we were so happy with their amazing customer service. Couldn't recommend them more highly. 👏🏻

I have used Nicholls to install white timber shutters, roller blinds and roman blinds throughout my home. The service was so helpful and professional and I am thrilled with the product. They have a huge showroom filled with sample fabrics which I could take home and match to my house. Kathryn and Doug were very happy and patient to answer all my many questions and gave me options to suit my budget. I then also had a custom bedhead and bed end ottoman made in a fabric of my choice and was once again thrilled with the product. I would highly recommend this family business to anyone looking to update their furnishings.

Exceptional family run business. Efficient customer service, offering high quality products/services with a focus on detail. I've used them twice for shutter installation and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
