Art Nouveau Homes is an award-winning boutique builder with over 20 years experience building and renovating homes in Melbourne.

Story

We specialise in building architectural custom-designed homes, renovations and restoration of Period and Art Deco homes.

We believe that building your new home should be an enjoyable and stress free experience. Our professional team is dedicated to ensure client expectations are met in all aspects of the building process, while still maintaining award-winning finishes.

We only take on a limited number of projects at any time ensuring a personalised approach is maintained through the project. Our clients will liaise directly with our director, Zack Tepic, throughout the project and will oversee all aspects of the building process to ensure our high quality standards are met. Zack is on site everyday, supervising and organising a team of close-knit, highly skilled tradesman, which have worked closely with him for the past 20 years, a rare find in today’s domestic building industry.
