The door bell on our Signet video door phone stopped working The unit is not an expensive unit however a section has been cut into the fence post to hold the unit and I was unable to find a replacement unit that fitted. Therefore I took the unit to Frank to see if he could fix it. I was happy to pay the inspection fee because as a accountant in private practice who charges for my time I respect the need for Frank to get a recovery on his time. Frank called to advise a day later he could fix the unit, gave me a quote and I gave him the go ahead to repair the unit. The unit was ready a couple of days after that. I was delighted when I collected the unit and even more delighted when I reaffixed the unit to the fence and it worked. This is the second job Frank has done for me. Thank you Frank!

Grant and pearson's services are excellent. They do a very fast and efficient work. their charges are also very low. I will surely go to them if next time i have anything to repair.
