I have a 13 year old La Pavonia coffee machine, which is my pride and joy. Before discovering Brighton Coffee Machine Services about four years ago, I was having it serviced elsewhere. I won't go into my experience with that business, but all I can say is, I'm so glad these guys came along. No more dropping my machine off at a cafe for their weekly collection, no more 3-4 week waits for new parts, no more having someone try to convince me to buy a new machine from them (in fact yesterday, they told me what a good machine mine is, no need for a new one) - just honest and reliable service. Thanks guys!

I dropped my Gaggia off on Tuesday, did not ask for a quote and was told they would call me Thursday. I received a call Thursday to come and pick up the machine as it was fixed, they explained what was wrong & showed me the broken parts. I was pleasantly surprised with the price and the service was fantastic. 100% recommend - old school shop but some of the comments on here seem pretty unfair and certainly not reflective of my experience.

Great service. Took our dead 12 year old Saeco Digital Royale machine in last Thursday, picked it up today (Tuesday) and it's as good as new. Sipping an espresso as I type. Thanks Lorenzo and team.

Who else but an authentic Italian can look after coffee machines? I couldn't have asked for a better service and even got shouted a splendid mouthwatering coffee :) Thanks Guys

Took my machine in to be repaired and paid a fee for this up front. Had to chase a number of times when it was weeks past the date given as to when I should expect some information around the repair. Was then given the total figure to fix the machine and after a few more weeks and more chasing I was told they couldn't repair it. I asked for my original fee back and was refused. Don't see why I should pay if they are not competent enough to be able to fix it.
