Very positive experience with Douglas Service. Washing machine broke when it was shortly out of warranty (from a no-longer trading retailer) so I looked for a repairer and found Douglas Service’s positive reviews. They came promptly, checked the machine over and advised it was an unusual and costly problem for such a new machine. They provided an estimate to fix it but also, given the circumstances, suggested we could approach the manufacturer and see how they responded; after inspecting it the manufacturer eventually provided a goodwill replacement. The call-out fee was reasonable and, after providing such impartial advice, Douglas Service will definitely be our go-to in future.
