We were very happy with the service.  The technician that fixed our washer was on-time and knowledgeable.  Not only that,  but he had the part we needed a new door lock in his truck. It wasn't cheap,  but a lot better than buying a new washing machine. Would definitely use their services again.

I sent in a request and they got to me very quickly. They were able to send someone out the next day. Unfortunately our washing machine would cost more to fix than to buy a new one, so I can't comment on the quality of their work, but they were honest with us and we appreciate that!

Called to get our range microwave fixed as it was blowing the fuse when the door opened and closed. $300 later the technician said he had no idea why it was still having the same problem and he recommended buying a new one. Overall I'm sure Fix appliances is great however $300 to end up with a microwave range that still doesn't turn on was disappointing.  Edit: FIX contacted me promptly to talk further. I am impressed by how professionally they handled the followup to their visit.

*Warning* - I called Fix Appliances to repair my dryer. Technician diagnosed the problem as a broken motor and quoted me $350 for the part. I was able to buy the part myself from partselect for $250 which I did. Fix Appliances would not come back out to install the new motor because I did not buy through them. I got another company to come out and they said the original motor was fine and it was the circuit board that needed to be replaced. In my opinion, I was scammed by Fix Appliances so please be aware when contacting them for service.
