Great customer service! Had a very difficult job to complete with new issues unfortunately arising with the repair. I was called immediately and notified on the issues and given the option to proceed. I was happy knowing the rough estimate of the pricing prior to completion. What was really stand out was they offered to change a minor part free of charge at anytime in the future should it cause me any grief. Cheers.

I think Dave is one of the best in auto electrics I've met in 40 years of driving vans around Melbourne. Less than 24 hours after calling I had a new starter motor in my vehicle which he personally delivered and installed at a price I was very happy with. Great job and I d recommend him to anyone!

Tony went above n beyond - he advised me to order a part directly from Toyota so I could save on his markup, then advised me against replacing another part as the new one wouldn't make much of a difference and fitted my front number plate for free - all this without me getting my car serviced from his shop. Outstanding! I shall definitely be back!

Tony, Dave and the guys are just awesome. They have always offered the best price for quality work. They have been around for decades, they know what they're doing and most importantly they are honest and dependable. I don't know much about cars but they always explain thoroughly the work they've done. Two times now I've been quoted on work elsewhere and Prahran Auto have done the same job for over $1000 less. Can't recommend enough. Will stick with them for the long haul.
