I went here to get my car serviced. A tire had to be replaced so it had to wait till after the weekend fair enough I have no problems with this. The problem I do have is when I rang them up on midday on Monday to find out if my car was ready. I was told it was. I came in paid the bill. Then I was told it was not ready and the tire had not even come in yet.  I will not be  coming back to get my car serviced here again

My mother has been servicing at John Blair since purchasing her car over 5 years ago. Without fail the staff have maintained the highest level of service and commitment to maintaining her car.  I recently purchased the car off my mother and have serviced at John Blair also. I was taken care by the friendly staff, offered a coffee, and received my car back practically brand new and even washed. Anyone can service their Honda with confidence thanks to the high standard of quality shown at John Blair.

Very happy with my service. I have forgotten my service book stamp at home and the customer service officer that i was dealing with advised me that it can be stamped next service and it was not a problem. We went through a list of things that will be done on my car. He was quite pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service! Had my CRV for 20K service and left for lunch. When returned service completed, plus replaced left faulty windows frame and fixed damaged underbody cover.  Cleaned car inside and out, and shine tyres like new! Very happy and highly recommended.

The staff at John Blair Honda service are fabulous. They went out of their way for a warranty issue for me. They worked around my schedule, organised a spare car, washed my car both times I was in, reset my Bluetooth and even told me where the best cafe near them was. Couldn't fault them. Absolutely oustanding service, thankyou

Efficient service, completed in 1 hr, albeit it was my first 1000km service, mainly an inspection. The car was cleaned well as well in the rush. Service centre isn't too difficult to get to.. just 1 km down Hgh Street, after you turn into it from St.Kilda road. No twists and turns.. and enter straight into the building. Only hiccup was that the coffee machine was out of order.

not so good experience from my last car service here. my car's air tire should only have between 32-36 as it is hatchback. they asked me to change the tire and do the realignment and gave a quote which I find way too expensive so I told them not to do it, just do the normal service etc. upon collecting my car an "info" is flashing on my dashboard and since I know what it is so I reset the tire inflating/deflating button it works and the after a few minutes it flashes again. The tire could have been way low on air pump so I went to a nearby petrol station and check my tire and to my dismay, they pump my tire each on a different level which is 41+ on one side and 44+ on the other side which is way over the normal tire air pressure. I know that they did this in purpose because I didn't get their service to have my tire change at theirs. Just BEWARE.

Really happy and satisfied with John Blair Honda. I recently purchased a car.  Ronald assisted me all the while. Process was smooth and he also acknowledged my last minute request. I recommend John Blair Honda, if you are buying Honda.

Very thorough and great communication. It isn’t cheap, but my two-decade old Jazz is still going strong thanks to the John Blair mechanics.
