Excellent customer service. I was a walk in, they fixed my puncture in the time it took me to have a coffee across the road. Even gave my car a quick rinse too. Very good start to my weekend!

I felt the service was honest, and there was no condescension that you sometimes get at car places. The new tire was put on very quickly and they even put the small spare back underneath my boot despite my trunk being full of stuff. 👍

Rang up Beaurepaires South Yarra in the morning to ask if they could fit my car in for a service and they said I could come in any time. Once I dropped my car off they had completed the service within 2 hours and it was only $250. I spoke to two of the staff and both of them were very friendly! Will definitely be returning for my next service. Thank you!

Best customer service I've ever experienced for a tyre change. Big thanks to Luke for being so patient with me when my card was rejected - he allowed us time to find another way to pay and was calm and understanding during the entire ordeal.
