not impressed by this place. I gave honey feedback as requested but they rejected it, they only post good feedback which is wrong. I wrote "Good razed bad customer service the store in chapel st when called were rude and gave wrong information"

Henry, the manager, remembered me by name and assisted with a great solution to upgrade a worn product which I had also purchased there. The shop is well stocked and very professional and a must to consider visiting for all those who invest in their personal grooming and care.

Shavershop price online $99. Went in store to purchase the item and was charged $249.99 despite showing the employee the online item. Returned today to request a refund to the sale price and was told they couldn’t do that but that they could’ve price-matched THEIR OWN online price if we’d shown them yesterday. Have returned item and purchased online. Two issues rate the 1*review - not honoring their OWN sale prices and charging $150 extra for purchasing in-store.

Henry was very helpful & made my experience an easy shop. I bought a great present for an 18th year old boy & couldn't have made my decision without his expert advice. Thanks Henry
