Exceptional customer service! nnI contacted them with a special request, and not only did they agree to fulfill it, but responded super promptly and politely to all my emails. The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming and quite frankly rude not only to customers but to each other.nRestroom was disgusting and appeared uncleaned for months.nBad binder selection.nBulk prices ok though.
Stumbled upon CardTastic accidentally thinking there was a laundromat in the complex. Definitely not disappointed though, staff were amazing and found a bunch of goodies for really fair prices, will come again!
After discussing with the store staff on duty, unfortunately I have to give a one star review for your store.n1. Not friendly to new customers, standing in your store for 10 minutes has no one come or ask you what's going on, every one including the store staff are playing at the back of the store.n2. Your website has mentioned buy a box promo, but has no details about what the promotion is, when asked via Facebook, the support staff are not sharing enough details so my side kept getting misunderstood. Basically the promotion is just a card, and if I knew, I won't rush back after 12 hours of work without dinner just to get a piece of cardn3. There are no explanation on your website letting me know that collector pack is all foils. It is very confusing to first time buyers about the item need to purchasen4. The staff in store is not very familiar with the item location, took him 22 minutes to finally locate a box that is in stock and available. I was advised to come to the store to get the item, but the store has not all product available I want to purchase while website has no info about stock. I told the staff I am working 12 hours shift and it is very hard for me to constantly go to your store to just get the item because of the timing I work. And my home is 6 minutes away, the store staff denied to do anything about it, and asked me either to buy online and spend 10 dollars shipping or come to the store again which I am already not happy with the service I get.nYou are not going to get new customers with a business service like this
good pricing, friendly staff, nice vibe. What more could you ask for
