Friendly staff, well stocked. And found great bargins on this day.
My Xbox one x stopped working. They fixed it for $160. Microsoft wanted over $400 dollars. The person on the phone was very helpful about my chances of a fix and the outcome was excellent.
It's a good Eb store in my experience, they had most things in stock and the staff here are friendly and attentive to your needs.

Superb selection of games, consoles and gaming accessories. Brand new or pre-owned, there is always a good deal available. The store layout is well designed, everything is in a clear and easy to find area. Apart from the merchandise, the jewel in the crown for EB Games is the staff. Exceptional service, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. Most recently, they helped my 9 year old son trade in his PS3 console, old games, buy some new PS4 games for his friend, and a Super Nintendo classic mini. Awesome work EB Games!
Wouldn't honour a 50% trade voucher even though it was emailed to me 4 months late by EB's email servers, and after Head Office Support explained that it should be fine to take into the store and they would sort it out. Disappointing.
Above average eb games, with merch selection I guess, classic overpriced items though
Stupid price match policy - save money and use Amazon.
Had a pretty negative experience here. Wandered in on a quiet weekday and the two staff behind the corner were just chatting away, ignoring me despite the fact I was browsing for about 15 minutes and was thinking of asking a question. One of the staff members even had his mask off just to talk to his female coworker, which was pretty unprofessional. When I eventually chose a game to bring to the counter, the male staff member was now chatting away to a guy who seemed like he was friends with him. The "customer" had his mask halfway down his face but the staff member didn't say anything, and kept chatting to him despite the fact I was waiting in line with a game in hand. Sad to see a great company like EB hiring people who have terrible customer service skills. Won't be going here again.
The staff were excellent. Professional, friendly and particularly considering I am not usually their demographic. Calum and his manager Jack are an example to all in how to treat customers and each other
