I bought two TCL TVs from JB Hi-Fi Southland, and Paul was absolutely fantastic! He not only helped me with a price match but also went the extra mile to get me additional benefits I didn’t expect. A truly pleasant and surprising experience. Excellent service and great attitude:nHighly recommended!

Outstanding service from Kerryn at JB Hi-Fi Southland. She helped me purchase the Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo over $5k with total ease. Kerryn was knowledgeable, patient, and clear—she answered all my questions, explained the options, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. It turned a big purchase into a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Hit and miss. They didn't have stock of what I wanted which is a reoccurring theme from previous visits. Most staff are complacent and don't make an effort to proactively serve customers, and when they do, they are often not knowledgeable on the products. There are exceptions to this as I've had a couple of great team members when purchasing in the past. Location is super convenient

I had a very bad experience with Jo at the counter..nshe has very rude behaviour towards customer.. its not my first time. I have noticed it 3-4 times so she encouraged me to write a nice review for her.nShe always tired with what she does and does not care about the customer. I had to change my store just because of her.nGuys stay away from her..nif i could give -10 stars i would love to do it.

Great store which is well-staffed with a number of knowledgeable folks.nI found several busy chatting but I guess they also need to be careful of jumping onto customers.nI left without making the purchase I had already planned. I decided to buy elsewhere online.
