Star service - Recently George from EE went above and beyond to assist my mum in fixing her TV. Not only did they source the part but made sure that everything was installed and functioning properly. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Took our amp then didn’t assess it for 2 weeks, then ordered parts after 3 weeks. We ended up having to take the amp back before it was fixed after 5 weeks because we were moving interstate.

Would have been much more helpful if they’d told us they weren’t able to even look at it for 2 weeks.

Staff were nice when we picked it up but poor communication prior to that (in that we had no idea what was happening..)

I sent my sony soundbar for warranty repair, took a month probably because its christmas season, came back with no issues and upgrafed firmware. Satisfied with the service although if you are taking public transport from the city it is quite a long travel.

Fixed Sony soundbar on warranty. Good job, haven't needed to follow up again.
