Had to go to do a large amount of photocopying for a project I'm working on, nearly 90 minutes and about $200 later, got it done. Sweet jesus. Made me wish they had an in-store coffee shop, I needed it. Spent way more than I thought I would because also had to buy some folders, a tape for label maker, big bag of Mentos and on way out grabbed a pen that had eraser on end that uses friction to erase any mistakes! I never knew I needed one of these until I saw it and had to get.
Only good for price matching, customer service is pretty terrible. Just walked in now and was clearly confused/lost and couldn’t find what i was after. Wasn’t approached even tried to flag someone down. Eventually walked up to a group of 4 employees with their backs to me and asked for help. 2 of them walked away and the other two just stood there after I asked for help and didn’t say anything just sort of stared at me until I asked for a chrome cast. Response was “well they’re behind the counter :/“. Just found the overall interaction really rude. Not the first time i’ve had annexperience like this. Lady behind the counter was nice though, nothing exceptional but at least the minimum.nnJust left a bad taste in my mouth with the whole 2 minute experience.
Went in to get my wedding invitations printed & we were helped by Chad in the printing. He knows his stuff and couldn’t have been any more helpful!! Absolutely brilliant and he took a weight off
Went to this office works to purchase a TV called ahead to make sure it was in stock all good, got to the store asked a lady politely if we could grab this TV without even looking at us she mumbled yep like we were a burden to ask her for her help she was not polite at all I’ve read a few more reviews and this seems to be a common occurrence. Not very inviting to purchase from.
Pathetic customer service. They so are so rude, to say no to print though printing was half way through bcz it was already closing time.nnIf you so punctual with your timing then why you accept it and halfway through printing says no.n‍nnShe don’t even know how to print with custom page setup, I asked manager but he said I can’t help ‍.nnI’ll definitely not coming back to this store.
