Lots of easy parking.
Excellent trading hours, midnight on weekdays, 9pm weekends.
Well stocked.
Decent product knowledge.
Staff generally attentive.
Major peeve is their price gouging on exclusive stock commissioned by OfficeWorks with minor cosmetics changes so they can't be priced matched for a discount.
Was served at checkout by a lady with a lovely disposition.

Doesn't even muster a 1 star review - a disgusting experience made true by unprofessionalism and complete no-care attitude. Got in before they closed, I wasn't happy with the first print run, asked for a reprint which I didn't mind paying, refused on the grounds they were already closed.
