Worse BCF store i have been to. Always an arrogance that you need help. 3 times in the last month i have gone and they have stated they are too understaffed to fill up a gas bottle. I have spent 1000’s here over the years. No more. I’ll take my business to Anaconda from now on.
It was well laid out store with good to great signage to find your products you were looking for. I didn't need shop assistance, it was right there. Service at checkout was excellent. I'd recommend to others go and see for yourself. I'll be going back againnThank you BCF
I drove to the store to collect a ready to pick up order already paid. Their website and google maps clearly shows that the time to close the shop is 6:00 pm on Saturdays. As I arrive at the store at 5:00 pm, I realise the doors are locked but I can see the staff standing there and they could see me trying to get their attention. Instead of acknowledging me and at least letting me know they’re closed for the day, they purposely ignore me and walk away. Extremely unprofessional and bad customer service.
Everyone here is super helpful and informative, from organising camping trips to getting some expert opinions with everything fishing. Carl was awesome in guiding me in the right direction with my fishing adventures! Could not recommend more highly!
One of the girls was helpful but some of the staff did not pay any attention
